Ajax Coach denis Luis Suarez transfer rumour but open to the move

Ten Hag has emphatically denied the rumours about his club being after Suarez, However, he would gladly welcome the Uruguayan if he decides to come back himself.

“None of that is true," Erik ten Hag has told AD when asked about Ajax's rumoured interest in Luis Suarez.

"You are always looking for ways to strengthen your team. Of course, I talked about it with Marc [Overmars], but at the moment it is not an issue.

“If he wants to come back himself, please. You have players that you get as replacements and you have players in the category that they give an incredible boost to the team. Suarez falls in that category.”

Barcelona reportedly want to sell the striker this summer. However, the 33-year-old doesn't want to leave, even hinting about that on his personal Instagram account.
