Vidal is one of the four players Koeman has shown the door to.
Inter Milan are currently negotiating a personal deal with Arturo Vidal, the main issue being the player's high wage demands, Gazzetta dello Sport say.
However, the Nerazzurri think they will be able to afford the salary if they get the player for free.
Moreover, they are 'convinced' that Barcelona will terminate the midfielder's contract just so he would leave.
Meanwhile, Diario Sport report that Blaugrana would like to get at least €10-15m in return for the 33-year-old; Juventus are interested as well.
Vidal is on the brink of leaving Camp Nou after Ronald Koeman informed him, alongside Luis Suarez, Samuel Umtiti and Ivan Rakitic, that he's not needed.
Last season, 'King Arturo' managed eight goals and three assists in 43 matches for Barca.
