Revealed: Martial tops Manchester United goal charts for 2019/20

Anthony Martial did not disappoint as he registered the third-highest goal tally in a season since Sir Alex's retirement.

The Frenchman has topped the goalscoring charts at Manchester United for 2019/20, scoring 23 goals in all competitions.

Despite not being a regular penalty taker, the Frenchman has managed to come out on top while Marcus Rashford (22) and Mason Greenwood (17) came second and third respectively.

This is the first time since 2010/11 that two United players have finished with 20 or more goals - a feat that was last achieved by Dimitar Berbatov and Javier Hernandez.

Martial has also recorded the third-highest goals scored in one season in the post-Sir Alex era, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Romelu Lukaku scoring more.
