Source: Messi wants to play for Pep Guardiola Manchester City
Bechler was the one who broke the Messi wants out story earlier this month.
Lionel Messi has decided to join Man City as he believes his time at Barcelona is over, according to Marcelo Bechler.
Bechler previously broke the Neymar-to-PSG transfer and was the first report about the Argentine's desire to quit the Catalans this summer.
"Messi wants to play for Manchester City. He treats the departure from Barcelona as something that hurts his soul, but this is the end of a cycle," the journalist tweeted on Wednesday.

Aside from Pep Guardiola's side, there are Man United, Inter Milan and Paris Saint-Germain who have been mentioned as potential destinations for Messi.
The 33-year-old reportedly informed Barca he wants to leave the club earlier this week.
The Catalans don't want to let him leave on a free transfer and continue to insist on his €700m release clause.
