Barcelona and Ansu Fati are set to start negotiations over a new long-term contract, according to Goal's Ignasi Oliva Gispert.
The 17-year-old's current deal with the Catalans expires in 2022.
By extending the forward's contract, Barca want to increase his release clause from the current €170m to €400m, as per the source.
If the report is to be believed, Fati is keen to stay at Camp Nou for years to come but he wants guarantees over his role in the first team.
