Barcelona defender Sergi Roberto reveals he will love to end his career in USA

Sergi Roberto says that he has never thought of leaving Barcelona.

However, he admits that he'd like to hang his boots after having the MLS experience.

If he plays regularly, he won't leave Barca, he assures.

"I never considered leaving. Over the summer you always hear of interest from other teams. But I have always said that as long as I'm playing regularly then the idea of going doesn't even come into my head," Sergi Roberto has told RAC1.

“I'll admit that I'd like to spend the last few years of my career in the United States. I'd like to live the MLS experience," Barcelona's 4th captain added.

It's a bit surprising to hear that from a La Masia graduate who's yet to give a few years of quality football.

Sergi Roberto is 28 and he has always been associated with Camp Nou and one of Barca's most memorable episodes ever - the PSG comeback in 2017.
