Luis Suarez has reached an agreement with Atletico Madrid, Mundo Deportivo's Javier G. Gomara reports.
Atletico have offered the Uruguayan a 2-year deal.
Before signing Suarez, however, Atletico first need to generate funds from Diego Costa's sale; as things stand, there are no offers for the Spaniard.
Besides, Luis hasn't yet resolved the contract matters with Barca; the 33-year-old wants his current club to pay him the salary for the remaining year of contract while Barcelona don't want to let him go for free.
Suarez has spent more than 6 years at Camp Nou, scoring 198 goals in 283 appearances for Blaugrana.
