Ronald Koeman has informed Riqui Puig that the 21-year-old is not in his plans for the future, according to Gerard Romero of RAC1.
What's more, the Barcelona head coach has told the La Masia graduate to find a new club, Romero adds.
The news comes shortly after Koeman left the midfielder out of the matchday squad for Saturday's clash with Elche for the 2020 Trofeo Joan Gamper.
As Koeman snubbed Puig for Elche encounter, it looks the Dutchman indeed ready to offload one of the most promising midfielders in Europe.
