Everton are in talks to sign Jean-Clair Todibo on loan, reliable The Independent reveal.
However, the deal is far from being completed yet because Barcelona would only sanction a loan with an obligation to buy.
Barca price Todibo at £18m (nearly €20m).
Todibo has long been on Everton's radar but he is currently refusing to leave Barca.
He spent the second half of the 2019-2020 campaign on loan at Schalke but only managed 10 appearances.
