Fiorentina closing on Arsenal Lucas Torreira after Ceballos deal has been completed.

Fiorentina are reportedly close to signing Arsenal midfielder Lucas Torreira.

The Gunners are expected to announce the return of Dani Ceballos on loan from Real Madrid.

And Mikel Arteta now views the Uruguayan as surplus to requirements.

According to Labaro Viola (via The Sun), Fiorentina are organising a package to sign Torreira worth £24m.

The Serie A club will pay an initial £8m fee to sign Torreira on a season-long loan.

The deal was also include an option to buy for £16m at the end of the season.
