The Italian international was keen on a reunion with former boss Maurizio Sarri before he was fired as the Juventus manager.
"Juventus had offered a swap deal including Miralem Pjanic, but the English side didn’t take it into consideration," Jorginho's agent Joao Santos told Tuttomercatoweb.
"[Juve sporting director Fabio] Paratici never called me. Would he have moved to Juventus with Sarri? I think so."
Jorginho has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge for a while and Juventus was reportedly the preferred destination for the midfielder as he wanted to reunite with former Napoli boss Maurizio Sarri.
However, that move looks to be impossible now after the manager's sacking and it remains to be seen if Jorginho will leave the Blues this summer.
