Former Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino backs Bale and Reguilon to succeed in their new club

Bale and Reguilon are on the verge of joining Spurs.

Pochettino believes the duo will make an impact in England.

Speaking during a live interview with COPE, former Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino said: "Sergio Reguilon has great potential and will continue to grow.

"Gareth Bale, I think he is a magnificent footballer. He has won four Champions, there is no doubt that he is still a great player."

Bale and Reguilon are on their way to London to make their move to Spurs official. The Welshman will be joining on loan while the Spaniard is leaving on a permanent transfer.

As for Pochettino, the Argentinian manager has also spoken about his desire to manager Real Madrid, branding the Blancos 'the best club in the world'.
