Gimnastic coach has revealed how he asked his full-backs to Stop Messi

Gimnastic's coach Seligrat reveals he calls Messi 'the martian'.

He suggests that playing against Leo was a special opportunity for his boys.

"I call Leo Messi 'the martian'. When he wants to, he changes everything," Gimnastic Tarragona coach Toni Seligrat has said following the friendly match against Barcelona.

"I told the full-back to kick Messi so he can tell his children."

Messi played the Nastic match from the start despite returning to training only this week.

The opponents were playing quite aggressively against Leo and one episode even ended in an altercation between the Argentine and one of the opponents.

The 33-year-old didn't have the best game but that's easy to explain, as he still seems to lack match fitness, something Ronald Koeman confirmed after the game.
