Pedri has said he is a player that moves a lot on the pitch and likes having the ball.
He has also revealed that Koeman gave him special instruction ahead of his debut.
“I don't have to change my style of play, I have to continue like this and I can contribute.
I am a player who moves a lot and is always in contact with the ball," Pedri has told the media after the friendly against Gimnastic.
The 17-year-old also revealed what instructions Ronald Koeman gave him ahead of his Barcelona debut.
"He asked me to be in the midfielder, to move and try to link up with others and, above all, receive the ball behind the backs of midfielders, which is where it the most dangerous."
Pedri played from start against Nastic and was one of the most active players in attack for Blaugrana. He started in the attacking midfield position although he switched to the left wing at times.
