Real Madrid Goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois not point blaming fingers as Karim Benzema miss chances vs Real Sociedad

Speaking to Movistar after the 0-0 draw at Real Sociedad, Thibaut Courtois said: "We are happy with the organization, we have not conceded many chances, except for the save I made.

"The thing is in the chances, we create danger but we did not do enough in the area. We must not forget Sociedad has been training for longer, it is only our second game.

"In the second half it was difficult for us to come to get the ball, but we can be happy with the defensive organization. If we don't score goals, we have to try to maintain the organization and not let anything through.

"We have good level players, today Karim Benzema lacked luck. We have goals in this team. We see it in training, in the game against Getafe. Sometimes the ball does not want to go in, today we have not had luck, but the goals will come."

Benzema, who remains Zinedine Zidane's first-choice striker, missed a few golden chances on Sunday as Real Madrid kicked off the new season with a goalless draw.
