Hakim Ziyech happy to have made Chelsea debut despite the result

"Disappointed about the result but happy to have made my debut,"

Chelsea new signing and Morocco international Hakim Ziyech made his long-awaited premier league debut on Saturday as Chelsea faced Southampton at the bridge.

Fellow new recruit Timo Werner put Chelsea in front with 2 brilliant first-half goals but poor performances afterwards allowed Southampton to draw level but the clash eventually ended 3-3.

The winger was introduced, at the 72 minutes when he replaced England youngster, Mason Mount, in which he produced some moments of brilliance notably when he nutmegged defender Vastargard.

Ziyech took to Instagram after the match to express how delighted he is at making his debut.
