Transfer reliable Source confirms Inter Milan working on Chelsea Marcos Alonso loan Deal

It's not clear whether Chelsea will be ready to accept a deal on such terms.

Inter Milan are seriously working on a loan deal for Chelsea left-back Marcos Alonso, according to Fabrizio Romano.

The Serie A club is now waiting for the Blues decision on the Spaniard.

Alonso has apparently fallen out of favour with Frank Lampard, but it's unclear whether he'll be allowed to leave on loan or only on a permanent deal.

The 29-year-old is still highly rated by Antonio Conte and would be able to play in his favourite wing-back role at inter.

Meanwhile, Ben Chilwell appears Chelsea's first-choice left-back which means the club has to offload either Alonso or Emerson - but they have only until Monday to figure it all out.
