Pique react to Barcelona performance: 'It's normal we're not Champions League favourites after the last few years'

Pique believes that the results will come as Barca eventually as the team might bee too inexperienced to deliver right away.

The defender says that every team that plays in the CL can make life hard for you,

"It is normal that we are not favourites in the Champions League after what happened in the last few years. All we can do is work. We have young people. The results will end up coming," Gerard Pique told the press after the Dynamo Kyiv match.

"This is the Champions League. Every opponent can make the game complicated for you."

By 'what happened in the last few years' Pique most likely refers to Barcelona being eliminated by Roma and Liverpool despite having a three-goal advantage before the second leg as well as the embarrassing loss to Bayern Munich.
