The Brazilian has a quote made by the Ethiopian Emperor Haile Selassie tattoed on his skin.

Last year, the 20-year-old said it makes him sad the world still has to fight against racism in the 21st century.

"As long as the colour of the skin is more important than the glow of the eyes, there will be war," these are the exact words in Portuguese tattoed on Vinicius Jr's leg.

The Brazilian revealed his new tattoo earlier this week and it definitely sends an important message to all of us.

This quote belongs to Haile Selassie I (Emperor of Ethiopia between 1930 and 1974), popularized by Bob Marley in his famous song 'War'.

Last year, Vinicius Jr publicly stood up against racism several times, saying to The Guardian: "We are in 2020 and we still have to fight against racism."

The 20-year-old has scored 3 goals and provided 3 assists in 21 games for Real Madrid so far this season.
