Aston Villa Manager Dean Smith named Manager of the Month over Solskjaer

 

Aston Villa boss Dean Smith has been named Premier League's Manager of the Month for December ahead of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

In December, the Villans beat Wolves (1-0), drew with Burnley (0-0) and went on to defeat West Brom and Crystal Palace (both 3-0) before drawing with Chelsea (1-1).

Manchester United kicked off the month by beating West Ham (3-1) and drawing with Manchester City (0-0). The Red Devils then thrashed Leeds (6-2), drew with Leicester City (2-2) and defeated Wolves (1-0).

And some Man United fans believe Ole was robbed:

Ole got robbed of the MOTM award tbh. Smith did pretty well ngl. But Ole deserved it more. We go again this month👍
