Francisca Ordega Foundation Donates 8 Wheelchairs to Disable Persons

A Gboko Born Professional Footballer with Chinese Women’s Super League Shanghai Shenshua, Miss Francisca Ordega has donated Eight Aluminum Lightweight folding Wheelchairs to Persons with Disabilities at J.S Tarka Stadium Gboko.

Presenting the items on behalf of Francisca Ordga foundation, Coordinator of the Organization, Mr Aondoakula Haainya explained that, the donation was the goodwill of Miss Ordega popularly known as Franny to touch the lives of those with physical challenge that were often neglected.

Mr Haainya said, beneficiaries were selected from six different local governments from remote communities that have not had any support from organisations or individuals.

In a remark, father of the Nigerian Footballer Mr. Ordega Ankele expressed happiness with the gesture of her daughter to provide for the less privileged such as orphans and those displaced at various times and now the people with Disabilities.

Reacting, some of the beneficiaries Emmanuel Kwaghbula from Abagi and Rosemary Aernan from Mbangur all in Konshisha local Government.

Aondover Aminde from Buruku thanked Miss Ordega for affecting their lives positively and prayed to God reward her endeavour, while mother of a 11 years old physically challenged child from Gyura Mbayion Gboko Local Government Bridget Usuh said she would enrol her child in school now that she has means of movement.
