'Just go, enjoy it, you will love the fans, : Ronaldo advice to Bruno after sealing United move

The Portuguese midfielder spoke to his fellow countryman because he knew everything about the club.

Bruno says that Ronaldo told him to just go out and enjoy himself while playing for United.

Speaking about what Cristiano Ronaldo told him after he sealed his move to Man United, Bruno Fernandes revealed to NBC Sport: “Yeah I spoke with him (Ronaldo) because he knows the club better than me. He gave me some advice. It was important to me.

“I think I would have joined the club anyway but when you speak with Cristiano it's always better. We just spoke about the club, how it's so big and how it would be good for me.

“The opportunity I would have to join such a big club. To have a chance to fight for my trophies. This is the biggest advice he gave to me.

“He said: 'Just go, enjoy it, you will love the fans, they will love you so just try to enjoy your game and the best of you will come'.”

That was definitely some sound advice from Ronaldo and it clearly had a positive impact on Bruno. The Portuguese midfielder has been a revelation for the Red Devils since arriving and proven to be one of our best signings in the Premier League era!

Bruno has scored 15 goals and registered 9 assists in all competitions this season, having more goal contributions than Ronaldo (18g, 2a) which itself proves how the Portuguese magnifico is matching up against the world’s best.
