Joan Laporta and his board have decided to keep faith with Ronald Koeman after meeting to discuss the gaffer following the Bayern defeat, Mundo Deportivo claim.
Laporta went into an emergency meeting with director Mateu Alemany and VP Rafa Yuste regarding the state of the club after Bayern had thrashed Barca 3-0 at Camp Nou.
It is said that Koeman also attended the meeting. However, the club decided against firing the Dutch tactician.
Laporta wants to trust Koeman and give him more time to perform, the source say.
