Chelsea are finalising a new contract with Andreas Christensen, the Sun report.
The newspaper claims the Denmark international will earn around £120,000-a-week on a new deal.
It's an upgrade on the £78,000-a-week wage he receives on the current contract and it reflects his status as a first-team player in Tuchel's side.
Curiously, as per the report, Chelsea initially proposed he take a pay cut to sign an extension.
Their offer was below the £78,000-a-week figure he currently earns as he was a fringe player at that time.
Note that the story comes from the Sun who have not always been correct with their transfer reports. However, this one looks quite believable as Lampard did not really trust Christensen.
