Solskjaer: Ronaldo is a special player for us' 'It feels like one of the old days.

Speaking to MUTV after the 4-1 win over Newcastle, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer explained: "[Cristiano] Ronaldo senses the big moments and is ruthless.

"He is clinical, has lifted the team and everyone around us. The fans can dream, we will keep our feet on the ground.

"It feels like one of the old days. It’s special. Ronaldo is a special man and a special player for us in the history of the club."

It was Ronaldo-mania at Old Trafford this Saturday as the 36-year-old scored a brace to help Man United gain an edge.

Later, goals from Bruno Fernandes and Jesse Lingard sealed the deal.
