Rice was key once again for West Ham in the middle of the park as they ended Liverpool's unbeaten run to move third in the Premier League on Sunday evening.
His performances for David Moyes's side have earned rave reviews and have seen him linked with several clubs - including a return to Terry's Chelsea, where Rice started footballing life in their youth academy.
And the former Blues skipper did not hold back in his praise after watching another standout display at the London Stadium from the Three Lions star.
"Decland [sic] Rice is the best in his position in world football. What a player," the 40-year-old posted to social media.
