Newly appointed Genoa manger Andriy Shevchenko has set sight on Chelsea USMNT winger Christian Pulisic.
Under new American ownership, Genoa are targeting Chelsea's USA winger Christian Pulisic for the January market.
Shevchenko replaced Davide Ballardini last week and takes over Genoa who are under threat of relegation.
As such, the new owners plan to be busy in January and recognise Shevchenko needs better quality and pace in the attacking positions to move away from the dropzone.
And Pulisic is emerging as a priority loan target for the New Year, with Genoa confident the promise of regular football can convince Pulisic about a move to Italy.
