Barcelona will not sign Edinson Cavani until he's passed fully fit and free of his current tendon injury, Diario Sport say.
Barca do not want to repeat the mistake of signing an injury-prone striker, as was the case with Sergio Aguero last summer.
34-year-old Cavani has missed Manchester United's last 9 games due to his tendon problem. He's also scored just one goal in 8 appearances so far this season.
While the Uruguayan has a reputation for being a potent striker, his age and fitness are a major concern, and that has put the Blaugrana on red alert.
