Diogo Dalot becomes 'untouchable' at Man United after heroics under Ralf Rangnick

According to tier-one journalist Fabrizio Romano, Diogo Dalot has become 'untouchable' at Manchester United amid his recent surge to form.

The defender has started seven out of our last nine games, putting up Man of the Match displays in at least a couple of those.

Romano claims that Borussia Dortmund wanted Dalot on loan this month but the player opted to stay and fight for his place at Old Trafford.

His hard work and dedication have paid off as the 22-year-old has repaid the faith shown by Ralf Rangnick.

In Aaron Wan-Bissaka's absence, Dalot has well and truly made a case for being the No.1 choice for the right-back role.

Just to further show his impact, here's a look at his stats from the 1-0 win over West Ham:

- 86% pass accuracy

- 86% final third pass accuracy

- 7/11 duels won

- 6 ball recoveries

- 4 tackles won

- 4 clearances

- 3 attempted take-ons

- 2 successful take-ons

- 2 chances created

- 2 interceptions

- 2 shots
