Newcastle United plot 'at least 4 signings' this January Transfer window

Newcastle United are in the market for 'at least four new signings' this January and are closing in on their first transfer under the new cash-rich owners, reports Sky Sports.

Kieran Trippier has been identified as their first target of the month, with the Magpies submitting an official bid for him on New Years' Day.

In fact, they hope to finalise the deal next week and move on to pursue other targets, the report claims.

Although the other names are not mentioned, fans will be eagerly waiting to see the new-look side following the Saudi takeover.
