After the final whistle, Leonardo Bonucci was spotted shoving Inter secretary Cristiano Mozzillo on the touchline in the middle of an argument.
Bonucci had to be moved away or the duo could've begun trading blows.
Alexis Sanchez's 120th-minute winner sealed the deal for Inter, who are also on top of the Serie A table.
The nature of the argument is unlikely to be about anything other than the result but thankfully, it did not escalate further.
