Barcelona want to sign a striker this summer and Gabriel Jesus is said to be one of the potential targets.
According to Lance, the 25-year-old is ready to leave Manchester City at the end of the season.
Jesus has a contract until 2023. As per previous reports, the Catalans believe they could sign him for around €30m.
This term so far, Gabriel has played 33 matches for Man City (21 starts) and has recorded eight goals and 11 assists.
