Chelsea target Declan Rice has rejected a third contract offer from West Ham, as per the reliable transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
The offer was worth £200,000 a week which would have made him the highest-paid player at the club.
Rice has made it clear to the Hammers that he wants to play Champions League football. West Ham are currently five points away from a top-four spot but it looks difficult for them to finish there.
Rice has been at West Ham since 2014, after leaving Chelsea’s academy and his contract will expire in 2024.
However, the owners are 'not under pressure to sell' as they have an option to extend his contract for another year. Manchester United are also linked with a move for the midfielder.
