Liverpool will pocket €12.5M for reaching the Champions League semi-final this season.
The Reds defeated Benfica in the quarter-final 6-4 on aggregate after the tie had ended 3-3 on the night at Anfield.
Liverpool stands a good chance of reaching the final, although Villarreal are no pushovers, having knocked out Juventus and Bayern Munich.
For now, Jurgen Klopp's charges will focus on their FA Cup and Premier League challenge against Manchester City.
