Barcelona Open to selling Memphis Depay this summer

Barcelona have two options with Memphis Depay: sell him this summer or offer him a new contract.

According to Diario Sport's Lluis Miguelsanz, the Catalans' priority is to sell the forward this summer. They already have two offers on the table and are open to more as they want to make money in Memphis.

Depay has a contract until 2023, meaning that Barca could lose him for free next year. In case there are no good offers and the Dutchman ends up staying, the club will look to extend his deal for two years.

After a slow start under Xavi, Memphis has been gaining more prominence lately.

This term so far, the 28-year-old has recorded 13 goals and two assists in 36 games for Blaugrana.
