Man City was held to a 2-2 draw by West Ham United in the Premier League on Sunday.

That means the Citizens are now 4 points ahead of Liverpool – who have one game in hand.

The Premier League title race will be decided in the final matchday if Liverpool can defeat Southampton in their next game.

For City to win the title if that happens, they will need to defeat Aston Villa at the Etihad Stadium.

But if Liverpool wins the next game, but goes on to drop points against Wolves in their last game, City will win the title on May 22.

The draw for West Ham meant they kept their Europa League dreams alive for next season, as they’re two-point behind 6th place Man United heading into the final game.
