'Where are these 35,000 tickets going?': Klopp slams UEFA's ticket allocation for final

Jurgen Klopp has slammed UEFA for their ticket allocation for the Champions League final in Paris. Liverpool have been allocated around 20,000 tickets for the game and so have Real Madrid.

"Our support has been unbelievable. I cannot be more thankful for our fans.

"When you see the ticket prices, hotel prices, ticket allocations..... we only get 20,000, they only get 20,000 in a stadium of 75,000.

"That means 35,000 what? Where are these tickets?"

12,000 of the 75,000 tickets have been reserved for fans worldwide but the deadline to buy them was 28th April, even before the finalists were confirmed!

The remaining 23,000 have been reserved for national associations, commercial partners, broadcasters, and Uefa's official hospitality programme.

The hospitality tickets have been exorbitantly priced between £4000 to £7500 as UEFA president, Aleksander Čeferin continues to make life harder for football fans across the continent.
