Barca rule out summer move for Matthijs de Ligt because of two key reasons – explained

Barcelona have decided against pursuing a summer move for Juventus defender Matthijs de Ligt, claims Sport.

The Dutch defender could be available this summer after reportedly having rejected a contract extension offer from the Italian side.

But Barca will not be vying for De Ligt’s signing because of his €100m transfer price tag.
