Barcelona refuse to Sevilla's asking price for Kounde

Barcelona are refusing to pay Sevilla's €60m-€65m asking price for Jules Kounde, according to reliable sources with Marca.

The Blaugrana considers the fee too high for the defender. The move is further complicated by Sevilla not wanting players as part of the deal.

Barca had earlier tabled a bid for the promising 23-year-old which was rejected by Sevilla.

Kounde wants to join Barca, but pricing issues may see him join Chelsea.
