Barcelona still financially unable to sign any new players

It appears that Barcelona's financial situation remains quite dire despite the club's recent economical levers.

According to Marca, a tier-one Spanish source, Barca are still unable to sign any of their summer transfer targets.

The recent influx of cash from the €200 million Sixth Street deal will go towards balancing the finances for the current year.

Barcelona still can't register new players, meaning that the transfers of Andreas Christensen and Franck Kessie can't be made official.
