Barcelona Will Use 'Pedri Formula' To Sign Las Palmas Wonderkid

Barcelona are in talks with Las Palmas' attacking midfielder Alberto Moleiro, according to ESPN.

The Catalans plan to buy the 18-year-old before loaning him out to Las Palmas for one season – just what they did with Pedri.

Barca fan Neal describes Moleiro as a 'very different' player than Pedri, although the teenager often plays as an attacking midfielder.

"Moleiro's a proper winger. Holds his width, quick feet, an excellent dribbler, relishes 1V1's, can go both inside and out. I reckon he needs to work on his final ball, but that aside (which isn’t even all that poor), he'd be such an exciting acquisition!"

Moleiro has made 38 appearances for Las Palmas, recording 4 goal contributions. He is a regular starter under former Barca B boss Garcia Pimienta.
