Chelsea are willing to loan out Romelu Lukaku for a fee of €25 million, as reported by Goal.
Just a year after Lukaku's £98 million move back to Chelsea, the Belgian striker is itching for a move back to Inter Milan in an attempt to resuscitate his career.
He is willing to accept a 40% wage cut in order to do so. As of now, his lawyers are looking into the feasibility of such a move.
He scored 64 goals in 95 matches for the Italian side before the last summer's transfer.
At Chelsea, however, he has scored just 15 goals, including eight goals in the Premier League.
