Paris Saint-Germain will be able to spend only €80 million on new players this summer, according to L'Equipe.
Incoming sporting director Luis Campos is set to be handed a limited budget to work with in his first transfer window at the club.
A large chunk of that sum will be spend on 19-year-old full-back Nuno Mendes with PSG agreeing a deal worth €35 million with Sporting Lisbon.
PSG's financial limitations this summer could be down to Kylian Mbappe's new contract with the Frenchman receiving a signing bonus and an improved salary.
