Gareth Bale has been officially recognised as a Real Madrid legend after leaving the club on a free transfer.
Bale, whose Bernabeu spell has seen some ups and downs, has been added toto Madrid's legends section on their website.
Full-back Marcelo and attacking midfielder Isco, who are also confirmed to leave Madrid at the end of June, have been added to the icon section as well.
Bale has barely featured for the La Liga giants in the last few season, falling out with the fans after being photographed with the 'Wales. Golf. Madrid. In that order' banner.
