Liverpool will only receive a guaranteed sum of £27.5million when Sadio Mane joins Bayern Munich later in June, according to Paul Joyce.
The Reds will earn another £5 million based on Mane's appearances plus £2.6million if he wins a personal award and if Bayern wins a trophy.
Liverpool will receive a total of £35million [€41million] for the deal.
Mane enjoyed the best of his football at Liverpool making 269 appearances and scoring 120 goals. He also won the Premier League and Champions League.
