Luis Enrique Says Ansu Fati Is Yet To Fully Recover From Injury

"I stand by what I said. You have to be patient. He is improving in the dynamics of training and the pace of competition," Luis Enrique has said on Ansu Fati.

"We will go little by little, there is no rush. The level and quality are beyond doubt, it is better to go little by little."

Luis Enrique summoned Ansu for the UEFA Nations League games but the Barcelona youngster is yet to play a single minute. Fati was even dropped from the squad for the latest game against Czechia.

Fati suffered two terrible injuries in the 2021/22 season that kept him on the sidelines for long periods of time. He only got to play 538 minutes across 14 games for Barca, scoring six goals and providing an assist.
