Real Madrid Prepare For Modric And Marcelo Ceremonies

Real Madrid are preparing for two major presentations.

Real are set to officially present Luka Modric after his one-year extension as well as say farewell to long-serving full-back Marcelo.

The renewal of Luka Modric, announced by MARCA at the end of the match against Liverpool that gave Real Madrid their 14th Champions League title, will be presented this Wednesday at an official ceremony at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu.

The agreement between the club and the Croatian player, 36, has long been sealed by both parties, but the veteran will now get the chance to be celebrated amongst his fans.

At the same time, Real Madrid are working on a very special farewell event for Marcelo, the man who lifted the club's last Champions League title in Paris.

It was his 25th title with Madrid, more than any other player in the history of the club, so Los Blancos are working on an event worthy of the legendary No.12.
