Tottenham has walked back from their offer for Christian Eriksen as they focus on other additions.
The Dane has proposals from Manchester United, Everton, Leicester, Brentford, West Ham and Ajax.
New United boss Erik ten Hag has made Eriksen one of his key transfer targets and the club has offered the 30-year-old a contract, which the player is considering.
But Spurs - who have already signed Ivan Perisic, Fraser Forster and Yves Bissouma - are now looking at other options, handing Ten Hag a boost in his pursuit of the player.
