As per the reliable Fabrizio Romano, Arsenal and Manchester City have 'reached a verbal agreement' over the transfer of Oleksandr Zinchenko this summer.
The 25-year-old defender is expected to cost the Gunners a fee of around £30 million.
While both clubs have reached an agreement, Arsenal are still negotiating personal terms with the Ukrainian.
Romano understands Zinchenko is discussing his wages, length of contract as well as other terms involved in the deal.
Once this step is completed, Arsenal will get closer to finally completing the deal for Zinchenko.
