Chelsea have completed the signing of teenage forward from Arsenal.
The 18-year-old was one of the best players in Arsenal's youth team last season as they finished third in the Premier League 2.
"A skilful player with the ability to open up defences, he featured predominantly as a central attacking midfielder or on the right wing during his time in north London, but can also play across the front three," Chelsea wrote in their welcoming statement for the forward.
Hutchinson was also named on the senior team's bench for the Gunners last season. He scored six goals and assisted six more in 17 appearances for the youth team.
Head of Chelsea youth recruitment Jim Fraser said: "We are delighted that Omari has agreed to sign for Chelsea.
"He is a brilliant addition who joins us as an exciting emerging talent hoping to make a quick impression in the senior game."
